1 General Terms & Definitions

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of polo9's Terms & Conditions and will result in all accounts being closed.

• During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and email address.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility.

3 Age Verification & Legal Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the polo9 platform. Gaming or betting on polo9 is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. polo9 may request valid proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend any account until satisfactory verification is provided.

• A national ID card, passport, or driving licence is accepted as proof of age.
• Registering with a false age will result in the account and all winnings being forfeited.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
